(1) Unanimously approved by the Final General Assembly of WRPTC, held on 4th November 2009 at Cartagena, Colombia

(2) Subsequently approved and adopted by the First General Assembly of WARMTH, which was held on 7th November 2009 at Cartagena, Colombia.
